A spiritual practitioner of New Thought/Ancient Wisdom, student of Buddhist teachings, trained in spiritual psychology at the University of Santa Monica (MA), integrating somatic EMDR interventions into my practice.

My purpose is to facilitate individual and community healing that awakens us to our natural wholeness and goodness; to work for social justice and the opportunity for all people to be safe and thrive; to share tools and build culture that support us in creating a just, loving and peaceful world.  I am a creative being, growing and expanding in Love, here to celebrate the gift of Life and reveal Life’s Good wherever I am.
